In the store collect within 3-4 working days.

Remember that the person who comes to collect the order must show an ID document, order information whether it is the purchaser or another person representing him or her.

Returns & Exchange Policy

You may return your purchase to HydroFlask.com.hk, within 7 days from shipping date, if the merchandise you received are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the merchandise are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, provided that:
All items must be kept tags are intact and are unworn, unused with the original brand packaging.
 
Please contact our Care team beforehand for the arrangement, after that, we will inform the process for the product exchange or refund.
 
 
Refund:
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. 
 
 
Exchange:
