Hydro Flask® Lifetime Warranty

Hydro Flask Hydration, Tumbler, Coffee, Beer, Wine & Spirits, Food, Large Capacity Hard Goods, Hard Good Accessory Products and Journey Series carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. Hydro Flask will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available.

Any product with a defect in workmanship and materials will be covered with a limited lifetime warranty from the date of purchase, provided that the defect is not caused by unreasonable use, improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear.

 

This warranty covered purchased directly from www.HydroFlask.com.hk or HydroFlask’s authorized retailers(both online and offline store). If you purchase your Hydro Flask from an international retailer, you should better to contact your retailer by vicinity/region to make the warranty claim to avoid unnecessary shipping,  handling charges or delay.

 

Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:

 

  • Broken or leaking caps: If your cap breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your flask to us. Instead, simply email us or sign in through membership page describing the condition of the caps. Please note you may be required to send us a photo(s) of your cap to validate the claim. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have the flask returned if you send the flask to us.
  • Flasks that seem to have lost their insulating properties: You can test the insulation of your flask at home with boiling water. Pour from a kettle or pot directly into the stationary flask, filling it all the way to the neck. Exercise caution pouring boiling water into the flask to avoid burns. Do not hold the flask while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the cap over the flask. After about 5 minutes, feel the outside of the flask (below the neck). If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement.
  • Flasks that are damaged during the shipping process: Please contact us if you ordered your flask from www.HydroFlask.com.hk and it has arrived damaged.  You have to return the damaged flask and we will send out a replacement flask upon receipt. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs of the shipping replaced or repaired Flask.
  • Rattling flasks: The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your flask and aids in the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes the disc becomes dislodged, creating a small noise or rattle. This will not affect the insulation or structural integrity of your flask. If you can live with it, so can we. However, if it is an annoyance, we will exchange it for a new flask.

 

THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

 

The damages defined as scratches, dents, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of Flask by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product as flask;

Any flask sold by sellers who are not authorized retailers;

Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the Flask.

 

 

Hydro Flask’s sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited warranty will be, at Hydro Flask’s option, to provide repaired or replacement Flask. Replacement Flask may be provided in a color different from the Flask you originally purchased. For the limited edition, custom edition, discontinued or out-of-stock Flask covered under this warranty, Hydro Flask guarantees an only replacement of a product with equal or greater retail value and does not guarantee the exact replacement of the same limited edition, custom edition, discontinued or out-of-stock item.

 

You should send us an email or through membership page to submit interrelated imagery of the flask and filled a Warranty Claim Form and along with the flask send back to us for that warranty claim. 

 

Hydro Flask will repair or replace (as applicable) and ship your Flask back to you within 5 to 10 working days of receiving your original Flask. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs of the shipping replaced or repaired Flask(Only valid by Hong Kong district).

                                                                             

Replaced or repaired Flask is subject to the same limited warranty as to the original Flask.
